Why Choose the All Saints Curacy?

Why Choose the All Saints Curacy Program?

The All Saints Curacy Program offers more than just a first job in ministry — it provides a rare opportunity to be formed, equipped, and launched into the vocation of Anglican priesthood.

1. Formation not just Function
In your first year, you won't be rushed into leadership. Instead, you'll have the space to be formed in Christ, grounded in the Anglican tradition, and equipped with the tools necessary for a lifetime of ministry. This program emphasizes who you are becoming, not just what you do.

2. Equipped for Mission-Sized Ministry
The second year focuses on preparing you to serve where the Church needs you most—growing the mission-sized Church. You’ll be equipped for the kind of lean, faithful, and Spirit-led ministry that mission-sized churches require to grow.

3. Real Leadership, with Real Support
In the third year, you'll be sent into a mission-sized ministry context—not alone, but with the support of All Saints.. You as the interim curate lead, risk, grow, and pray alongside your spouse and community, while continuing to draw on the mentorship, resources, and covering of the All Saints team. By the end of this year, you will be a strong candidate for a full-time position—whether in that mission or elsewhere.

4. A Clear Pathway into Full-Time Ministry
This isn’t a holding pattern. It’s a pathway. You’re not filling a temporary role; you’re being prepared to step into a lasting one. Whether you stay or go, you leave this curacy truly ready to serve the Church as a mission-minded, mission-equipped, and spiritually grounded Anglican priest.
